History

1847 marks the arrival of my first ancestor BOËVER on the wine-growing territory of Louvois. After generations of winegrowers, it was not until 1946 that my grandparents Paulette and Gaston founded the brand "Champagne Gaston BOEVER" which became "Champagne Pierre BOEVER" when my parents took over the business in 1970. Since 2005, with my wife , Laure, we are the third generation of harvesting-manipulating to make our champagnes according to the rules of the art.

Traditionally we

Respect the inherited family know-how, we prefer the use of traditional Coquard presses so as not to rush our grapes during this crucial phase; Gravity vats are used for the transfer of wines in order to avoid untimely oxygenation to guarantee our wines a character and a certain authenticity.

Our Brand : The cork

Identifiable in the heart of the village, this emblem was built by my parents. A subtle alliance between my father's metal work and my mother's creativity.
